Our client, a Channel Islands retail group, is seeking to recruit a Customer Services Representative.

Responsibilities
Duties will include, but are not limited to;Collecting and correctly inputting all customer data.
Handling all customer financial details, as specified in the agreed finance processes.
Ensuring customer complaints are handled in a polite and effective manner and are appropriately logged on the complaints system.
Assisting with answering queries and enquiries from customers.
Ensuring all incoming calls are answered and dealt with accordingly.
Developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of all the company’s products and services.
