Our client is seeking a collaborative lawyer, with post qualification experience in non-contentious trust matters to join their growing International Trusts and Private Client (ITPC) practice.

Responsibilities
Duties will include, but are not limited to;Obtaining clear instructions from clients, analysing points of law, providing expert legal advice and preparing relevant documentation or advice.
Reviewing and providing comments on documentation provided by third parties using thorough working knowledge of relevant legal principles, laws and regulations.
Ensuring administrative tasks are completed on each matter in accordance with required internal procedures.
