This is a varied role to oversee and develop Operational Resilience and Business Continuity Management across the business' International entities, reporting to the Chief Information Security Officer.

Responsibilities
Duties will include, but are not limited to;Ensuring the necessary frameworks and processes are in place to address the ask under the laws and regulations related to Operational Resilience & DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act).
Working closely with the IT, Operations, Facilities, Outsourcing and Risk teams to ensure that department business plans and RCSA’s appropriately capture the risks associated with Operational Resilience and important Business Services.
Ensuring that BIAs, BCPs, RIAs and other BCM documents are maintained and up to date.
Monitoring changes to legal and regulatory requirements including FCA and CBI requirements and implications of the Digital Operational Resilience Act in the area of Business Resilience.
