This is a team based role relating to the provision of various IT related support services to existing clients.

Location

Guernsey, Channel Islands

Responsibilities

Tasks will include responding to support calls, assisting end users with the diagnosis and resolution of desktop, network and server issues and taking an active role in the engineering tasks.

Skills / Qualifications

If you have previous IT experience and are willing to achieve and maintain relevant qualifications applicable to the role, with a particular focus on Microsoft 365 / Azure Certifications, get in touch.
