Our client is a leading Funds Management company who is seeking to recruit a Company Secretarial Administrator.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Administrator with 1-3 years of company secretarial experience to continue their learning and education under the mentorship of an experienced Company Secretary.
The successful candidate will support the Client Service Teams in all matters of corporate governance for managed and administered entities and tasks will include company incorporation, the provision of timely minutes, as well as ensuring the accuracy of standing data wit the Guernsey Registry and other internal records.
