Internal Auditor

Our client is a leading Private Equity company. They are looking for an Internal Auditor. In addition to undertaking the internal review of the Company's process, the roleholder will be expected to support the senior management team on an ongoing basis to ensure the risks and efficiency of the Company are managed.
Key Responsibilities:-
- To identify weaknesses and areas for improvements in the Company?s operation.
- To perform desk-top and paper based reviews.
- To offer recommendations to process improvements.
- To assist with the training and development of staff.
- To build effective relationships between individual team members.
- To motivate and empower team members by building their capabilities.
- To assist with all aspects of general administration of clients when time frames allow.
The successful individual will be expected to have gained prior auditing experience in a financial institution and will be able to demonstrate considerable experience and knowledge of auditing, accounting, private equity administration or investment banking.
