Company Secretarial Manager

Our client is a provider of financial services to institutional investors. They are seeking to recruit a Company Secretarial Manager to lead a team on a range of matters, providing company secretarial services for established and new funds and corporate entities.

The Manager will carry out all company secretarial duties including, but not limited to the following:

- Team recruitment.
- Company Reinstatements.
- Ongoing monitoring / compliance / training with regard to Company Law.
- Provision of Registered / Substance office facilities.
- Regulation and Undertakings applications / notifications (Advisory / Substance arrangements)
- Conducting performance appraisals and acting on feedback on individual and team performance.
- Setting team targets.
- Be responsible for any relevant Stock Exchange announcements and to train Co. Sec. staff to enable them to understand the Continuing Obligations requirements.

Candidates must have previous company secretarial and management/supervisory experience and ideally hold a relevant professional qualification at an appropriate level (ICSA/ACCA), or be studying towards the final stages of such qualification. Managing people and leadership skills are essential and so they should also demonstrate initiative and the ability to influence others positively.
