Trust & Company Officer

Our client, a large Trust Company, is seeking to recruit a Trust and Company Officer to take responsibility for a designated portfolio of trusts and companies.

Duties will include:-
- To become familiar with the team's existing allocated client portfolio, and ensuring quality day to day service.
- Pro-actively working with internal individuals and groups to ensure timely delivery of client data.
- The ability to resolve queries and find solutions.
- To be involved in the preparation of and attendance at client meetings and follow up on action points.
- To be responsible for and effective in cash collection and control of debtors for own clients and provide guidance for administrators/senior administrators in the team.
- Working on agreed training requirements and performance goals to ensure on-going development.
- Consult and escalate issues and exceptions to the Associate Director to alleviate problems or risks.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years relevant experience in the trust field, along with an ICSA certificate or STEP Foundation qualification. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to use MS Word, Excel and Outlook at an intermediate level are also required.
