Trust Administrator

Our client, a leading trust company, is seeking to recruit a Trust Administrator to work within a team to carry out the general administration and supervision of a defined portfolio of clients.

Duties will include:-
- Dealing with the setting up and maintenance of statutory records, including minutes of Directors' and Shareholders' meetings, and trustee resolutions for a defined portfolio of clients.
- Day to day bookkeeping for companies and trusts to trial balance.
- Liaising with bankers over remittance of money, deposit accounts and investment transactions.
- Opening and closing of trust and company bank accounts.
- Liaising with brokers over investment transactions and settlement instructions.
- Completing billing forms as necessary.

Candidates will have 1-2 years experience and be willing to attend relevant courses to improve technical knowledge and assist in providing coaching for trainees when applicable.
