The Team

Chris joined Leapfrog in 2005 after a long standing career in a Retail/HR based role. As Managing Director he is responsible for the day to day management and strategic direction of the business ensuring the highest possible service levels are given to candidates and clients alike. In addition to this he also manages the outsourced payroll service that Leapfrog provides. Chris is fully qualified having gained the Certificate and Diploma level qualifications through the REC. Having completed his private pilots licence in 2018 he spends as much time as possible outside of work flying or on the golf course. He is also heavily involved in the Guernsey Rugby Club and manages the sponsorship and funding aspect of the club.

Fiona’s early career as a Corporate Travel Consultant / Account Manager exposed her to an international client base covering both financial and commercial clients. Returning to Guernsey, she chose a career in recruitment where she could continue utilising her communication and client relationship skills. Qualified to Diploma level through the REC, Fiona is an experienced recruiter who continually strives to provide a level of personal service that exceeds expectations and is always available to anyone wanting guidance or advice. In her spare time you will usually find her completing numerous DIY projects around the house!

Vicki joined the Leapfrog team in 2018 to manage the outsource HR and Payroll Service. The majority of her career has been spent within Guernsey's finance sector and more recently with a tech/aviation business. Vicki has extensive experience working with companies at start-up phase, being instrumental in assisting with the set-up and running of day to day operations, policies and procedures, and specialising in human resource management. Prior to this she worked in recruitment for seven years where she established and successfully managed a temporary and contract desk. Vicki is an Associate Member of the CIPD and holds the Certificate in Human Resources Practice, she also holds the REC Certificate in Recruitment. Outside of work Vicki loves to travel and explore new places. She also has a real passion for yoga, not only practicing daily for herself but also teaching on a regular basis.

Charlotte joined Leapfrog in October 2022. The majority of Charlotte’s career was in the UK as a Criminal Defence Paralegal and was involved in several high-profile criminal cases, often working at the Crown Court or visiting prisons throughout London and the Southeast. In 2014, Charlotte decided to return to Guernsey in search of a quieter pace of life. Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also has a passion for baking and enjoys sharing her creations with her work colleagues!

Licinia's career began in HR, where she developed a passion for recruitment. This passion led her to pursue a role in vocational rehabilitation, a rewarding role where she supported the unemployed and long-term sick in finding meaningful employment.

In March 2024, Licinia joined Leapfrog as a Recruitment Consultant, a role that perfectly blends her dedication to supporting others with her passion for recruitment. Having obtained both a Certificate in Counselling and a Certificate in Personnel Practice, she is equipped to deliver a top-tier level of service to candidates and clients. Outside of work, Licinia's family life keeps her busy, and she enjoys spending time at the beach or park with her two children! She also loves exploring Europe in their motorhome, creating precious memories along the way.

Savannah joined Leapfrog in June 2024 as a Recruitment Consultant and quickly developed a passion for helping businesses strengthen their online presence. Her background in recruitment has given her a strong understanding of people, communication and relationship-building, along with valuable insight into how businesses position themselves and connect with their audience. CIM Level 4 qualified, Savannah now leads social media and content strategy at Leapfrog. She works closely with businesses to understand their goals, audience and what makes them unique, helping them create an authentic social media presence that genuinely reflects who they are and what they do. Known for her bubbly and enthusiastic personality, Savannah enjoys building genuine relationships and bringing fresh ideas to the businesses she works with. Outside of work, Savannah can often be found at the piano, singing her heart out! When she's not making music, she enjoys playing netball, travelling, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Christiana is the youngest member of the Leapfrog team, having joined in November 2024. After graduating from UAL London with a First in Acting and Performance, she has brought her strong communication and interpersonal skills to her role as Office Administrator. As the first point of contact for clients and candidates, she ensures a friendly and efficient service whilst managing a range of administrative tasks. With an optimistic, sociable, and bubbly personality, Christiana thrives on building connections and making people feel at ease. Outside of work, she enjoys dancing, boxing, and fitness, as well as capturing moments behind the camera and getting involved in local theatre. If she’s not at work, you’ll likely find her out in nature, exploring the outdoors!

Jeremy joins the team as a Partner to run and support businesses and their employees with coaching and personal development. He is well known in the local cricket and sport scene and has spent his career dedicated to helping people and organisations thrive. Parallel to his sport experience he has worked internationally collaborating with some of the foremost psychologists in motivation and human behaviour most notably Stanford University Professors, Carol Dweck (Growth Mindset) and Philip Zimbardo (Heroism). An NLP practitioner with a Post Graduate qualification in Personal and Professional Development he has expertise in leadership development, facilitation, coaching and change management. His commitment extends to empowering communities and businesses through strategic partnerships and sustainable initiatives.
