Our client who offers a range of innovative, international financial products covering pensions, trusts and retirement plans, is seeking to recruit a Compliance Administrator.


Guernsey, Channel Islands


Assisting with the design of tests for the Compliance Monitoring program
Undertaking testing to assess the effectiveness of controls in the business
Collating results and feeding back to the Manager for onward reporting to the Board
Undertaking periodic client risk and file reviews in accordance with the Companies policies and procedures
Logging actions required
Assisting the administration teams in clearing action points.
Maintaining central compliance registers such as errors, incidents and complaints in a timely fashion.
Assisting in the compilation of data for CRS, FATCA, GDPR and Regulatory reporting
Working with the new business team in checking and signing off high risk cases
Completing any other duties as and when required to drive business success.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be educated to an A Level standard or equivalent, with good English and Maths. Candidates will possess prior experience in Compliance, coupled with an understanding of Risk Based Approaches to Financial Crime. Candidates will demonstrate solid IT abilities, strong organisation and communication skills, both written and verbal. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to effectively manage time, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines, whilst working within a team as well as independently. This role will suit a highly motivated, proactive and meticulous team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
