Our client, who holds decades of experience providing multi-jurisdictional fund and fiduciary services, is seeking to recruit a Risk & Compliance Administrator.


Guernsey, Channel Islands


Maintain the Risk and Compliance team records.
Input, review and report on relevant data.
Operate various programmes such as Compliance Monitoring, AML and Risk Assessment.
Handle queries from staff regarding compliance and CDD.
Review, process and record CDD collated by business units together with maintenance of related electronic data.
Accurate and prompt checking of databases following the receipt of notices from regulatory authorities and law enforcement agencies.
Review, test, maintain and operate relevant procedures and manuals.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be educated to A Level standard or equivalent, with good English and Maths. Candidates will possess a minimum of 1 years’ experience in Compliance within a regulated financial services environment and hold or be studying towards a relevant professional qualification, such as ICA. Candidates will possess solid IT abilities, strong organisation and time management in addition to excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to prioritise tasks, work independently and to strict deadlines. This role will suit a motivated and proactive team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
