Our client, a company who offers accounting, audit and trustee services are seeking to recruit, a Trust and Company Administrator.


Guernsey, Channel Islands


Undertake daily correspondence with a range of clients and professional advisors, both local and international in nature.
Attend meetings with clients and/or professional advisors.
Arrange changes to trust documentation.
Maintain the Minutes for the Trustee, Board and Shareholder meetings.
Prepare fees and collect from debtors.
Organise/complete tax returns.
Complete ETI returns to the Guernsey Tax Office.
Ensure the compliance of trusts with local regulation.
Take enquiries from potential new clients.
Complete take-on documentation.
Organise accounts production.
Maintain statutory documentation and arrange statutory changes.
Attend to receipt of assets.
Obtain and maintain CDD on clients.
Undertake compliance checks on clients.
Arrange distributions, dividends and other payments.
Maintain in-house CDD register.
Assist with various projects and/or working parties.
Review potential updates to in-house policies and procedure documentation.
Contribute to company discussions.
Fulfil additional relevant tasks appropriate to the role and business requirements.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be educated to A Level standard and/or also hold or be studying towards relevant qualifications such as STEP, ICSA, CAT or Diploma Level ACIB. Preference will be given to applicants who have minimum 2 years’ experience in a Trust & Company or relevant finance sector role. Successful candidates will have a working knowledge of Guernsey Company Law & GFSC Regulations and the Financial Industry coupled with bookkeeping and accounting skills but this is not essential. This role will suit an assertive and fast thinking team player with strong communication and organisational skills.
