Contract Office Assistant

Our client, a leading independent provider of specialist financial services, is seeking to recruit a Contract Office Administrator for a period of 12 months with the possibility to go permanent at the end of the contract.




Filing, scanning, binding and file set-up.
Opening, sorting, scanning and distributing post.
Delivery & collection of all internal and external mail.
Messenger duties.
Ensuring stock and consumables are received and circulated.
Providing cover for reception.
Undertaking any other admin duties as directed.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be educated to A Level standard or equivalent with strong Literacy and Numeracy, coupled with a minimum of 2 years experience in a relevant role. Applicants will possess solid IT abilities, excellent organisation and time management coupled with strong written and verbal communication skills. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to multi task and cope with a fluctuating workload as well as display a positive and enthusiastic attitude. This role will suit a motivated and proactive team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
