Our client, a specialist in tailored financial solutions, is seeking to recruit a Senior Trust Administrator.


Guernsey, Channel Islands


Administer trust and companies, pension trusts and retirement schemes.
Assist the team in the day-to-day operation of the fiduciary department.
Provide holiday and sick cover.
Responding to client and intermediary queries.
Liaise with legal and compliance teams, intermediaries and introducers of fiduciary business, investment houses, banks, custodians with regard to trust funds and trust and companies.
Prepare trustee resolutions and minutes.
Update databases.
Oversee the preparation, collation and dispatch of documentation.
Follow internal procedures during the administration of client matters.
Maintain an understanding of the risks associated within the industry.
Maintain compliance with Anti Money Laundering and other Regulatory obligations including collation and upkeep of Client Customer Due Diligence.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the fiduciary services sector and hold or be willing to study towards a relevant professional qualification. Applicants will possess good IT skills coupled with excellent organisational and communication skills. This role will suit an analytical, proactive and meticulous team player with strong interpersonal skills.
