Senior Marketing & Business Development Executive

Our client a financial services provider, focused on fund administration for an international network of clients, is seeking to recruit a Senior Marketing and Business Development Executive.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement the BD strategy and plan plus oversight of Malta and Belfast BD.
Build and reinforce the brand in Guernsey, Belfast and Malta through business development activities with key clients and intermediaries as well as communications, promotion and PR on and off island.
Work with the BD Director and local management team to create and implement Guernsey BD and marketing plans and budgets
Develop and implement service line marketing plans.
Monitor BD effectiveness and measure ROI.
Pipeline oversight including “at risk”, referrals.
Prepare for and chair monthly Guernsey BD meetings including pipeline review, revenue progress and key client programme information.
Client/intermediary relationships and targeting.
Develop and implement key client/client review programmes.
Conduct research and analyse information on target and key clients and target markets.
Support and advise on launch and promotion of new markets and products.
Work with MarComms to build the brand in Guernsey using PR, digital, print and identify and coordinate attendance at and sponsorship of industry events and maintain jurisdictional events calendar
Target industry bodies to partner with and build awareness of the products, people and services.
Support the preparation of proposals and pitches.
Manage jurisdiction and service line marketing collateral.
Project specific work, such as a new pipeline or CRM replacement.

Skills / Qualifications


The ideal candidate will have minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role whilst also holding either a Marketing and/or Business degree or a professional marketing qualification. Applicants will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and meticulous organisational techniques coupled by strong IT skills. The successful candidate will demonstrate creativity, initiative and self-motivation while also managing multiple priorities and deadlines. This role will suit a proactive and driven team player with strong interpersonal skills.
