Pensions Administrator

Our client, a specialist in tailored financial solutions, is seeking to recruit a Pensions Administrator.

Responsibilities

Supporting and assisting the Pensions Team with the daily administration of pension schemes.
Undertaking client event maintenance, including direct contact with clients by telephone, email or letter.
Liaising with intermediaries as well as investment houses and UK Pension Schemes.
Preparing withdrawal requests and benefit payments.
Updating databases.
Preparing, collating and dispatching documentation.
Managing client instructions and liaising with compliance.
Dealing with administrative tasks relating to pension structures.
Maintaining compliance with Anti Money Laundering and other regulatory obligations including collation and upkeep of Client Customer Due Diligence.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have minimum 5 GCSEs’ at grade C or above with strong Maths and English, whilst preference will be given to candidates who have relevant experience in similar roles, this is not essential. Applicants will possess excellent written and verbal communication and organisational techniques with the desire to learn and improve skills on an ongoing basis. This role will suit a proactive and meticulous team player with strong interpersonal skills.
