Our client, a large international financial organisation, is seeking to recruit a Client Structure Senior Officer.


Guernsey, Channel Islands


Manage a designated list of fiduciary entities, such as trusts, companies, foundations and nomineeships.
Assist with more complex and bespoke services provided to these entities with the support of the Fiduciary Management, Fiduciary Structure Management and Professional Services Group teams.
Act as a point of contact for the client, in relation to the fiduciary entities on the client’s portfolio.
Assist the Fiduciaries with a programme of regular client / advisor visits, with broadening of client relationships and attend local meetings.
Provide support to the Fiduciaries in respect of procedures and undertake analysis of client requests, obtaining technical input as required.
Assist the Fiduciaries with fee reviews, in light of current services delivery and requirements to ensure recovery of work in progress and fee collection targets as set.
Identify cross-selling opportunities within the existing client base and assist with new business opportunities.
Ensure that corporate policies are in accordance with standards and procedures and are implemented and adhered to.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be studying towards, or will have completed a Category A or B level qualification, under the Guernsey Financial Services Commission Codes of Practice. Applicants will have proven experience in the fiduciary operations of trust, companies foundations and nomineeships and will be willing to maintain the minimum annual Continuing Professional Development requirements. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal and organisation skills, along with a strong focus on accuracy, customer care and enhancing own development and expertise.
