Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Completing regulatory compliance monitoring tests.
- Maintaining compliance registers and updating Archer.
- Supporting training logs and rollout of required training.
- Assisting with regulatory returns and submissions.
- Supporting onboarding checks, transaction monitoring and screening.
- Conducting trigger event reviews and monitoring system alerts.
- Assisting with investigations and special projects.
- Providing administrative support to the Risk & Compliance team.
- Helping prepare board packs and track action points.
- Maintaining and updating internal procedures and ensuring ongoing compliance.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in compliance, regulatory monitoring or risk oversight, with strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. They will be confident managing administrative processes, screening tasks and investigative work. Strong communication, sound judgement and the ability to work proactively within a team are essential.
