Responsibilities

Duties will include, but will not be limited to:

Providing high quality service and operational support to underwriting teams and brokers, ensuring quality, consistency and reliability.
Ensuring timely and accurate data entry and preparing policy documentation for internal and external clients, meeting established SLAs.
Developing and maintaining document templates and process template change requests.
Assisting with embedding regulatory controls and producing necessary reporting.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar operations role and will be technical savvy, including strong proficiency with MS Office including advanced mail merge. Applicants who are fluent in business level German, French or Spanish with knowledge of insurance products will be preferred. They will be able to learn and take on new tasks quickly and demonstrate high quality administrative and organisational skills, whilst showing professionalism in all areas and have the ability to work unsupervised and under own initiative. The successful candidate will consistently meet service levels and take personal ownership of work, prioritising and organising workload to meet tight deadlines, as well as striving for service excellence, with superb attention to detail and strong commitment to quality. They will be a proven communicator with the confidence to build relationships at all levels, and ask questions to ensure requirements are understood and have a strong desire to undertake additional responsibilities. The role will suit a proactive team player with excellent analytical skills, a willingness to learn with the ability to work under pressure and manage needs and demands of various stakeholders.
