Our client, a leading global wealth manager, is seeking to recruit a Trust Relationship Manager.


Guernsey, Channel Islands


Ensure adequate risk management and control within the team.
Act as the Head of the Ultra High Net Worth team, managing a small team of six staff.
Hold overall responsibility for the client relationships managed by the team members, providing support and guidance where required.
Attend meetings within Europe with clients, their advisers, senior family office staff, and bank relationship managers.
Ensure the team delivers and attains its Key Performance Indicators.
Hold direct responsibility for a small portfolio of UHNW clients.
Act as a member of, and attend the bi-monthly meetings of, the Executive Management Committee of the company.
Ensure successful project implementation within the team and assist with wider company projects.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' relevant experience, potentially with previous exposure to a multinational organisation, coupled with a relevant University degree, Master's degree, or equivalent. Applicants will hold a relevant qualification such as the Management of Trusts and Estates, STEP Diploma, ICSA-ACIS with dedication to ongoing learning and implementing new knowledge into practice. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and be a proven communicator with the ability to establish a network across divisions of the Company. The role will suit a performance/customer oriented individual who is self-motivated and has good problem and analytical abilities, with the ability to foster teamwork by establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with peers, management and clients and work to tight deadlines.
