This role is responsible for assisting with portfolio administration and supervising, coaching and the leadership of Junior Staff, and requires an individual with 4 years' experience in Trust and Company Administration and confident communication skills.


Guernsey, Channel Islands


Duties for this placement will include, but will not be limited to:

Maintaining and administering a portfolio of high net worth clients and working within a team of administrators.
Building strong working relationships with clients and acting as their first point of contact.
Updating and maintaining accurate records, both manual and electronic.
Liaising with intermediaries including lawyers, accountants, tax advisors and international banks.
Monitoring bank account action to ensure that there are no overdrawn positions and that the best rates have been obtained for the funds under administration.
Preparing minutes and resolutions.
Dealing with statutory requirements for corporate clients including annual validations or returns, annual general meetings and the maintenance of corporate registers.
Undertaking annual trust or company review for client structures.

Skills / Qualifications

You will be STEP qualified or willing to undertake further study and will be proficient in various aspects of IT, including Microsoft Office, 4 Series, Cezanne, eDocs, 4series and Electronic Banking.
