Our client, one of the fastest growing and most respected independent providers of international trustee, fiduciary and corporate management services, is seeking to recruit a Trust Office for their Client Services Team.

Responsibilities


Liaising with clients and intermediaries in order to provide efficient administration.
Preparing board packs and meeting notes in advance of company and client meetings.
Administering various classes of assets in multiple jurisdictions.
Liaising with lawyers and accountants ensuring structures are tax efficient and compliant.
Dealing with restructuring issues - purchases, sales, refinancing, additions, distributions and revocations.
Traveling to client meetings, domestically and internationally.
Preparing payment instructions, general administration letters and minutes/resolutions.
Reviewing bookkeeping and financial statements whilst also assisting the gathering of records.
Monitoring tax updates and changes in respect of client structures, subscription forms and redemption forms.
Filing tax returns and property returns at the relevant revenue authorities.
Assisting colleagues with company and trust law queries.
Monitoring compliance issues and updates and implementing where necessary.
Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, their professional advisers and intermediaries.
Performing ad hoc duties.
Marketing the company and attending beauty parades.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be educated to A Level standard or equivalent with strong literacy and numeracy skills. Candidates will hold relevant professional qualifications and have a minimum of 7 years’ experience in Trust and Company Administration. Preference will be given to candidates who can speak a second language. The successful candidate will have strong communication and organisational skills whilst being able to prioritise workloads and work to deadlines. This role will suit a meticulous, proactive team player with solid interpersonal skills.
