Our client, a provider of expert advisory and management services for trust and companies, property, funds and investments, are seeking to recruit Trust and Company Administrators.

Location

Guernsey, Channel Islands

Responsibilities

Bookkeeping.
General administration of a portfolio of Trust & Companies.
Statutory work, such as minutes, agreements, Trust Instruments as required.
Liaise with clients, intermediaries and other institutions.
Purchase and sale of a wide range of investments and assets including properties.
Make payments, distributions, invoices and investments.
Involvement in the investment process, entering the purchase/sale of investments into the Trust/Company books and ensure that all investments are up-to-date.
Ensure CDD is up to date.
Prepare client reports.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be educated to A Level standard or equivalent, with good English and Maths. Candidates will possess 3 years’ experience in a relevant role and be full or partially ICSA or STEP qualified. The candidate will possess solid IT abilities, excellent communication and organisation skills coupled with solid time management. The successful candidate will demonstrate initiative, flexibility and the willingness to learn and adapt to new regulations and environments. This role will suit a motivated and proactive team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
