Due to growth our client is seeking to recruit a Trust and Company Administrator.


Guernsey, Channel Islands


Offer support with bookkeeping duties.
Undertake general administration of a portfolio of Trust & Companies.
Assist with statutory work, including minutes, agreements and Trust Instruments.
Liaise with clients, intermediaries and other institutions.
Provide support with the purchase and sale of a wide range of investments and assets including properties.
Offer support with making payments, distributions, invoices and investments.
Undertake involvement in the investment process, entering the purchase and/or sale of investments into the Trust/Company books and ensure that all investments are up-to-date.
Assist with client due diligence, ensuring CDD is up-to-date.
Prepare client reports.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have at least 3-4 years' experience in Trust and Company Administration and will be fully or part STEP or ICSA qualified. The successful candidate will have strong PC literacy with experience of Microsoft Office Applications and the ability to work using their own initiative. The role will suit a proven communicator who has a focus on continuous improvement and development, is willing to learn and works well in a team and with changing business and departmental needs.
