Our client an international advisory and financial support group, is seeking to recruit a Trust & Company Administrator.

Guernsey, Channel Islands

Responsibilities

Process client requests for information in a timely and accurate way.
Action payments and distributions in relation to client entities.
Check and understand investments made and proposed for client entities and ensuring all documentation is completed.
Liaise with the Client Accounting Team to ensure up to date accounting records.
Draft minutes and ensure client files are well maintained in an orderly fashion.
Maintain a diary of actions made and planned for client entities.
Liaise with the Legal Department for the preparation of legal agreements.
Ensure a thorough and organised approach that takes account of compliance and due diligence responsibilities.
Attend client meetings and meeting and support the Trust Manager and/or Director with service providers as required, recording actions and providing action as required.
Work as part of a small team to achieve the departmental standards.
Take responsibility for own personal development, in line with agreed annual performance appraisal objectives.
Other duties as may be required from time to time in accordance with the demands of the role and development of the services provided.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above, including English and Maths. Preference will be given to candidates with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Trust and Company Administration role, Compliance and KYC Requirements, whilst experience with Pension Products and AML Regulations is preferred but not essential. Candidates will possess strong IT abilities and excellent communication and organisation skills, as well as solid time management. The successful candidate will demonstrate a proactive and driven approach to tasks coupled with the ability to work independently whilst under pressure and to deadlines. This role will suit a flexible, diligent and motivated team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
