This role is responsible for assisting with portfolio administration and requires an individual with 2 or 3 years' experience in Trust and Company Administration and confident communication skills.


Guernsey, Channel Islands


Duties for this placement will include, but will not be limited to:

Maintaining contact by telephone, in writing and at meetings with high net worth portfolio of clients and keeping records of all communications.
Liaising with intermediaries including lawyers, accountants, tax advisors and international banks in relation to trust or company activities.
Monitoring the bank accounts to ensure that there are no overdrawn positions and that the best rates have been obtained for the funds under administration.
Dealing with statutory requirements for corporate clients including Annual Validations or Returns, Annual General Meetings and maintenance of Corporate Registers.
Reviewing all contracts to be entered into and taking independent legal advice where appropriate.
Preparing minutes and resolutions for signature by the Directors and Trustees.
Inputting, maintaining and reviewing corporate and trust information on 4 Series.
Carrying out annual trust or company reviews for all client structures within their portfolio in line with the KPI targets set.

Skills / Qualifications

If you have completed or are studying towards STEP, ICSA or equivalent and are proficient in various aspects of IT, including Microsoft Office, 4 Series, Cezanne, eDocs, 4series and Electronic Banking, this could be the ideal role for you.
