Our client, an international provider of a wide range of financial services in funds, pensions, real estate, private and client services, is seeking to recruit two Trust Administrators.


Guernsey, Channel Islands


Ensuring that statutory records are kept up to date and are accurately maintained at all times.
Carrying out an annual review of all entities within own portfolio.
Dealing with the company's respective departments regarding accounting and taxation issues.
Liaising with clients and intermediaries both by telephone and in writing.
Assisting junior staff with queries and problems being encountered and providing support in the resolution thereof.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years' relevant experience, to include previous experience managing client portfolios. Applicants will have excellent communication, letter writing, numeracy and computer skills and will demonstrate a positive can do attitude. The successful candidate will be a flexible team player, who works to deadlines with accuracy and under minimal supervision.
