This is a new role for our busy client who is seeking a Trust Administrator.

Location

Guernsey, Channel Islands

Responsibilities

Assisting with routine administrative and clerical duties within a team of Trust and Company Administrators.
Preparing investment and financial reports for approval by the Relationship Manager.
Accurately record time spent on individual cases, ensuring that targets are met.
Maintaining good business practice, confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
Preparing and signing correspondence in line with internal procedures.
Maintaining accurate computer bookkeeping records.
Preparing Bank instructions and conducting simple Bank reconciliations.
Undertaking ad-hoc fiduciary projects as required.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be educated to A Level standard and will possess a minimum of 1 - 2 years' Trust experience. Applicants will have a basic knowledge of fiduciary services practice and compliance issues, as well as strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
