Our client, a finance company offering a wealth of experience in the establishment and administration of wealth management and asset protection structures, is seeking to recruit a Trust Administrator.

Communicate effectively and concisely with other team members.
Maintain a courteous, positive and professional manner with both external and internal clients/colleagues at all times.
Become familiar with team’s existing allocated client portfolio.
Ensure quality daily service for team’s client portfolio.
Proactively work with internal individuals and groups to ensure timely delivery of client data or query resolution.
Gain a basic understanding of trust and company regulatory requirements.
Become familiar with and adhere to internal practices and procedures.
Accurately construct written communications, including letters, emails and minutes.
Take responsibility for self-development.
Work on agreed training requirements and performance goals to ensure ongoing development.
Consult and escalate issues and exceptions to senior team members to alleviate problems, or risks.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a proven academic record and a commitment to a career in trust and company administration, having started, or willing to study for a relevant professional qualification. Applicants will demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to use MS Word, Excel and Outlook. The successful candidate will have an awareness of chargeable time and manage own time effectively, prioritising urgent work efficiently. This role will suit a detail orientated and analytical fast learner, who can work in a deadline/volume driven environment, whilst maintaining accuracy and focus.
