Trainee Fund Administrator

Our client, a leading financial services provider with offices in multi jurisdictional locations, is seeking to recruit a Trainee Fund Administrator.

Responsibilities

Assist with all aspects of the administration of funds, management companies and associated fund structures.
Collaborate with company secretarial duties including the preparation of agendas, collation and distribution of board packs, obtaining directors availability and drafting minutes for routine meetings.
Undertake routine office and clerical tasks where necessary.
Prepare manual and electronic payment instructions to settle fund expenses.
Maintain accurate investor records and process investor changes.
Assist in the processing of routine fund operations, including investor calls and distributions.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above, including Maths and English, and will be expected to carry out relevant professional qualifications supported by our client. Applicants will demonstrate good computer literacy skills and basic technical knowledge, although in house training will be provided. The successful candidate will have strong communication and organisation skills and will apply a high level of accuracy and ownership over all duties. This role will suit a confident team player who has good interpersonal skills, in order to build close working relationships with colleagues, clients and business contacts.
