Our client is seeking to recruit a Trainee Employee Benefits Administrator within their Pensions Administration department.


Guernsey, Channel Islands


Maintaining membership records.
Paying pensions and other benefits and/or expenses.
Undertaking investment of pension scheme contributions.
Calculating member’s benefits.
Assisting with bank account and unit reconciliations.
Undertaking acquisition and liquidation of assets.
Liaising with clients, banks, investment managers and trustees and pension scheme members.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have English and Maths at GCSE/A Level, a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel, but full training will be given along with the opportunity to study for a professional qualification if desired. The role will suit a team player with excellent communication and numeracy skills, who demonstrates attention to detail and who can work well under pressure.
