Our client requires a Temporary Personal Insurance Administrator for a period of 3-6 months.

Location

Guernsey, Channel Islands

Responsibilities

Manage all incoming correspondence via post and email.
Support the team with any administrative duties and perform any necessary ad hoc duties as required.
Transfer data from the current insurance system to a new system.
Offer excellent customer support and build supplier relationships by verbal and written communication.
Cover reception desk and duties when required.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be educated to GCSE level (or equivalent), with Mathematics and English at grades A to C and strong IT skills. Applicants will demonstrate excellent administrative and organisational skills, as well as the ability to multi-task in a busy and fast-paced environment. If you are ambitious, able to deal with external third parties and colleagues confidently, take a collaborative approach to work and display a positive, 'can do' attitude, our client would love to hear about you.
