Our client a top rated accountancy and business advisory firm, serving private clients, as well as regional, national and international businesses, is seeking to recruit a Temporary Personal Assistant for a period of 2 weeks with a possibility to extend further.

Location

Guernsey, Channel Islands

Responsibilities

Provide direct support and assistance to three Directors.
Copy and audio typing including drafting and production of general correspondence and documentation.
File, scan and archive documents.
Manage the office diary.
Organise internal and external meetings.
Coordinate and book business travel.
Prepare expense claims.
Organise marketing events and general support for other activities.
Print bills and make Invoice payments.
Liaise with finance and database management.
Carry out general office administration.
Provide ad hoc support for other staff in the office on accountancy work.
Monitor and order office supplies and stationary when necessary.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be educated to A Level standard or equivalent, with strong literacy and numeracy skills, whilst preference will be given to candidates who possess prior experience within the Fiduciary Services sector. Candidates will have solid IT abilities, strong organisation, time management and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The successful candidate will demonstrate accurate typing and the ability to complete and prioritise tasks whilst maintaining a deadline. This role will suit a highly motivated, flexible and enthusiastic team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
