Our client, an insurance company, requires a Temporary Office Administrator.


Guernsey, Channel Islands


Dealing with brokers who call with queries.
Updating renewal documents.
Booking travel for colleagues.
Dealing with expenses and making sure these are filed on time.
Undertaking office management when needed.
Offering support with any ad hoc duties as needed.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience in an office environment. Applicants will be able to effectively manage multiple tasks at once, lending a helping hand where required. This role will suit a confident, capable and mature candidate with previous experience in an Office Administration role and who approaches tasks with initiative and logic and the ability to work unsupervised.
