Our client requires a Temporary New Business and Risk Administrator for a period of 12 months.

Guernsey, Channel Islands

Responsibilities

Assist with the client onboarding/take on by entering new client details onto banking system and scanning client documentation.
Offer support with archiving client files.
Provide assistance with risk assessments and derogatory information searches.
Assist with client data management and client static data amendments on the banking system, such as marriages, deaths, change of address, new sub accounts and change of signatories.
Undertake ongoing risk monitoring.
Offer support with risk reviews of the existing client base with referral to line manager, process owner and compliance team as necessary.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the financial sector, however this is not essential. Applicants will have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes. The successful candidate will be accurate, with good interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written and a collaborative approach to work. The role will suit a team focused individual with excellent organisation and time management skills and the ability to work both supervised as well as alone.
