Our client requires a Temporary HR Administrator for 6 months.

Responsibilities

Organise and maintain personnel records with the HR systems and workspaces, ensuring internal databases are updated accurately and in a timely manner.
Prepare contractual documents for new recruits in line with their negotiated conditions of employment with the company, and process associated documentation to ensure all regulatory and company policy requirements are completed.
Manage and prepare the administration of joining procedures for new employees and changes for existing members as required for their inclusion in company benefit programmes, in accordance with their individual terms and conditions of employment. This would include liaison with third party benefit provider as required to process annual renewal of benefit policies.
Facilitate the process for employees taking a period of leave or terminating their employment, to ensure that all relevant procedures around employment issues including salary, benefits entitlements and security matters are completed.
Prepare and process weekly payroll payments ensuring weekly staff are paid in accordance with their current terms and conditions of employment with the company, and their commitments to Income Tax and Social Insurance.
Provide initial first day induction training to all new employees, including the completion of recruitment related paperwork, familiarisation with essential health and safety procedures and introduction to key departments.
Perform general administration of Human Resources policies and practices including, but not limited to, areas such as sickness absence, amendments to working arrangements and maintenance of employee data.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in an HR Administration role, with experience of working with HR database and Payroll software and the ability to research issues in relation to HR tasks. Applicants will have a desire to train and attend seminars, as well as solid IT abilities, and strong organisation and communication skills. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to effectively manage time, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines, whilst working within a team as well as independently. This role will suit a highly motivated, proactive and meticulous team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
