Our client requires a Temporary Customer and Business Support Administrator for a period of 12 months.


Guernsey, Channel Islands


Offer support to the management and reporting of customer feedback and research, and the company's performance in providing a high quality customer service in accordance with the targets and service standards.
Process incoming data and correspondence from internal and external customers and suppliers on a daily or regular basis, including storage and archiving of information in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Manage and maintain databases as requested to meet service needs, ensuring information is entered consistently, accurately and in line with internal policies and statutory requirements.
Provide support and cover to other business support and customer support employees as required.
Contribute to the efficient running of the business by providing administrative support, such as organising meetings and scheduling employee tasks as and when required.
Deal effectively with internal and external customers, including routine enquiries from members of the public, which could be face to face, receiving and responding to incoming communication such as, general telephone calls, emails and letters and to resolve general enquiries at first point of contact, wherever possible.
Provide a professional telephone service to customers and external suppliers in accordance with internal service standards.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suites. The successful candidate will have good analytical skills, high attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to report updates and information and will deliver a good customer experience and customer services. The role will suit a confident team player, with a professional telephone manner, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong attitude to confidentiality, the ability to use initiative and prioritise workloads.
