Do you have previous experience in an office based environment , and possess excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels in a sensitive, diplomatic, tactful, courteous and professional manner? If so, this temporary contract could be ideal for you.

Guernsey, Channel Islands

Responsibilities

Duties will include, but will not be limited to:

Assisting with answering calls and completing basic administrative tasks.
Typing letters, referral letters, medical reports and other correspondence using the digital transcription service as part of the letter generation process.
Managing telephone and face to face enquiries.

Skills / Qualifications

A proven ability to organise, time manage, multitask and plan workloads, with good administrative and writing skills, and proven capabilities in Microsoft office including email and word processing, along with a high degree of integrity, respect, discretion and empathy, proven relationship building skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential to the role.
