Our client is seeking a HR Admin Assistant to perform a variety of personnel-related administrative tasks for a 3 month period.


Guernsey, Channel Islands


Duties will include, but will not be limited to:

Maintaining employee records (soft and hard copies).
Assisting in payroll by providing relevant data for preparation.
Processing employees’ requests and providing relevant information.
Liaising with recruitment agencies to post job ads and managing incoming CVs.
Providing administrative support for HR colleagues.
Organising, compiling and updating company personnel records and documentation.
Answering employees’ questions and providing requested information.
Assisting in posting job ads on careers pages and processing received applications.

Skills / Qualifications

Previous HR Administration experience is essential, as is experience with payroll software. You'll be an effective communicator, with solid time management skills.
