Full time temporary role to support the Credit Team. Experience of mortgage processing desirable but if you have relevant administration experience and previous experience in a customer focused/admin role, this could be for you.


Guernsey, Channel Islands


Duties will include but not be limited to:
Contacting customers and mortgage introducers to obtain missing documents and for clarification of information supplied as part of the application process
Completion of post/e-mails received during the day issued by the Underwriting Manager
Dealing with enquires received (letter, telephone, email and facsimile) accurately within agreed timeframes
Update and maintenance of Credit Team management information as required
Liaison with advocates, other financial institutions, intermediaries in a clear, concise and timely manner
Ensure the lending processing undertaken is in accordance with agreed procedures manuals

Skills / Qualifications

Relevant administrative experience
Desirable Qualification:
Experience of Mortgage processing
IT skills, Word, Excel, data input.
