Showroom Assistant

Our client, a national leading telecommunications service provider is seeking to recruit a Showroom Assistant.




Advertise special promotions in the shop as and when local events make a special promotion appropriate.
Maintain a high standard of display, both in window and inside the shop, such as ensuring merchandise is clearly ticketed and priced.
Carry out Customer Interface Processes such as Billing, Payments, Complaint Management, Customer Relationship Management and documentation compliance and completion.
Achieve against agreed sales targets and customer satisfaction measurements.
Any other duties regarding customer requirements.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will hold several years’ experience in the retail sales/customer service sector and will have an understanding, or interest in telecommunications, voice and data products and their relevance to the consumer market. Preference will be given to candidates who are fully up to date with customer interface processes such as billing, complaint management, customer relationship management and documentation compliance and completion. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, with the ability to influence and persuade others through effective communication skills, delivering outstanding customer service at all times. This role will suit an enthusiastic and empathetic sales person, with excellent listening skills, who demonstrates a can do attitude and the ability to remain professional and calm in a fast paced environment.
