Our client, an international finance centre, requires a Senior Trust Manager.


Guernsey, Channel Islands


For some cases act as Senior Client Relationship Manager and assume the lead client relationship role and report to the Client Relationship Director in relation to matters affecting the Client Relationship matters.
Assist with the development of the company's fiduciary offerings, including the introduction of any products developed in other territories.
Conduct Client Relationship meetings as appropriate to client base when needed.
Offer support with the company marketing effort through recognition and sourcing of potential introducers of work and meeting them thereafter and ongoing meeting and contact with clients, advisors and marketing leads.
Assist with the implementation of new processes and procedures affecting the Client Relationship and operational matters.
Provide support with the communication of change and assist with its implementation.
Act as a point of contact for the channeling of information, projects and change relating to matters affecting Client Relationships.
Monitor and review oversight data and addressing issues as necessary.
Control over and implement ad hoc department projects from time to time.
Provide daily support with the management of the trust administration teams for which you are responsible and to suggest change as required.
Assist with measures which may be required to reduce errors, breaches and complaints being made within the trust department.
Complete the annual and optional six monthly appraisals and probation reviews for team members when required.
Assist with the continued review of recruitment needs in order to meet the changing needs of the trust administration teams for which you are responsible.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be educated to A level standard and will have 8 years' relevant experience and will hold a relevant professional qualification. The successful candidate will be an excellent team player with the demonstrated ability to manage a team to ensure deadlines are met. The role will suit an organised and accurate individual with a positive and proactive attitude, who is a proven communicator is is able to work to deadlines with the minimum of supervision.
