An individual with a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience during which a portfolio of clients has been managed, is required to assist with the day to day running of a portfolio of clients which will contain a mixture of trusts and companies dealing with a wide variety of arrangements.


Guernsey, Channel Islands


Duties will include, but will not be limited to:

Undertaking statutory work and ensuring that statutory records are kept up to date and are accurately maintained at all times.
Liaising with respective departments regarding accounting, annual reviews and taxation issues.
Assisting more junior staff with queries and problems being encountered and assisting in the resolution thereof.
Liaising with clients and intermediaries both by telephone and in writing.

Skills / Qualifications

Educated to ‘A’ Level standard, or equivalent with effective communication skills and good numeracy and computer skills, along with strong letter writing skills. a positive 'can do' attitude and the ability to work to deadlines with the minimum of supervision are essential to the role.
