Our client, a leading financial organisation, is seeking to recruit a Senior Relationship Manager.


Guernsey, Channel Islands


Manage client relationships for Global Fund Services.
Ensure overall client satisfaction by facilitating efforts of the service team, coordinating resources to end-delivery and issue resolution, and effectively communicate client concerns and/or needs to partners.
Develop a complete understanding of client’s business objectives, goals and market challenges and develop a relationship plan to reflect these.
Cultivate a strong working relationship with client contacts.
Educate the client on emerging issues, company products and services, regulatory/tax changes, the general fund environment and advise the client of the impact on the client’s business and on company services.
Cross sell company products and services and participate in the development of solutions to meet client needs, coordinate presentations, bring in experts where necessary, ensure smooth delivery of new services and communicate emerging needs.
Develop, maintain and review client relationship plans and ensures Service Delivery Descriptions are in place for all clients.
Ensure that all At Risk clients have an action plan in place to manage the relationship out of At Risk status.
Document profitability analysis and reviews on a quarterly basis.
Attend client Board meetings where necessary.
Manage debtor profile and facilitate the timely issuance of accurate invoices.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in financial servicing in Private Equity or Asset Servicing and hold or be studying towards a relevant professional qualification. Candidates will demonstrate a range of experience and knowledge in Asset Management, General Finance and Portfolio Management Concepts at a senior level. Applicants will have client relationship experience and a track record of managing key high net worth clients. The successful candidate will demonstrate skills in negotiation and influencing, delegating and sales, with the ability to effectively manage time, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
