Our client, a global leader delivering innovative investment, fund, fiduciary and banking solutions is seeking to recruit a Senior Relationship Manager.

Manage client relationships for Global Fund Services.
Ensure overall client satisfaction by facilitating efforts of service team, coordinating resources to end-delivery and issue resolution, and effectively communicates client concerns / needs to partners.
Develop complete understanding of client’s business objectives, goals and market challenges and develops a relationship plan to reflect these.
Cultivate strong working relationships with client contacts.
Demonstrate the ability to add value by providing solutions and partnering with the client to implement.
Educate the client on emerging issues, products and services, regulatory/tax changes, the general fund environment, advising the client of the impact on the client’s business and on company services.
Cross sell products and services and participate in the development of solutions to meet client needs, coordinates presentations, bring in experts where necessary, ensure smooth delivery of new services and communicate emerging needs.
Develop, maintain and review client relationship plans and ensure Service Delivery Descriptions are in place for all clients.
Ensure that all At Risk clients have an action plan in place to manage the relationship out of At Risk status.
Assign Executive Sponsors or Senior Callers to all clients, provides briefing notes as per standards.
Brief Sponsors and Callers on the relationship quarterly or semi-annually as appropriate and ensures Sponsors and Callers meet with the client at least once a year.
Ensure that all relationship documentation are kept within eRM or any other client data depository and are complete, current, timely, articulate and adhere to Mosaic standards and guidelines.
Document profitability analysis and reviews on a quarterly basis and has in place an action plan to return to an acceptable level of profitability any unprofitable clients or those with a margin of less than 20%
Attend client Board meetings where necessary
Manage debtor profile, facilitates the timely issuance of accurate invoices

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be educated to an A Level standard or equivalent, with good English and Maths. Candidates will possess a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Trust or Asset Servicing and hold or be studying towards a relevant professional qualification. Candidates will demonstrate a range of experience and knowledge in Trust or Asset Management, General Finance and Portfolio Management Concepts, in addition to solid IT abilities, strong organisation and communication skills, both written and verbal. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to effectively manage time, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines, whilst working within a team as well as independently. This role will suit a highly motivated, proactive and meticulous team player with excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills.
