Our client, a leading Private Equity company is seeking to recruit a Senior Private Equity Fund Administrator.


Guernsey, Channel Islands


Understand and interpret the fund’s documentation and the relevant legal framework, regulations and anti-money laundering regulations.
Follow company procedures at all times.
Assist in controlling and coordinating work loads and the day to day work and training of administrators.
Ensure work is undertaken in accordance with the company’s procedures, check lists and meets deadlines.
Liaise confidently and knowledgeably with clients.
Prepare briefing papers, ensuring the smooth running of the section’s board meetings and AGM’s.
Attend board meetings and assist with taking of minutes and presentation of reports.
Ensure AGM’s are held annually, proxies and other notices are dispatched and responses monitored.
Oversee quality and control and meeting time deadlines.
Assist with the production of management, interim and audited accounts and support the section’s head with the production of accounts.
Undertake bookkeeping and review ledgers regularly.
Ensure all outgoing correspondence, calculations and presentation of work is of the highest standard.
Liaise with key personnel in client groups to ensure that all operational issues are communicated effectively.
Assist with ensuring all client requests are responded to effectively.
Communicate any client related issues of concern to the section’s Line Manager.
Attend and participate actively in regular team meetings.
Support with maintaining on-going review and updating of procedures for the Company and make positive suggestions as to how effective changes can be made to improve the procession of workflow.
Manage workloads effectively and efficiently.
Ensure the compliance monitoring of the funds are adhered to by all of the team.
Assist with the smooth running of the Investment, and Call and Distribution process.
Act as a Signatory if needed.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess qualifications in one of the following; MCSI, ACCA, ICSA, IFS, ACA, CIMA or similar. Applicants will have knowledge of banking systems and demonstrate leaderships and supervisory skills to less experienced staff. The successful candidate will display a confident manner, have strong IT skills and a positive approach to problem solving, with the ability to communicate effectively both written and orally to clients and colleagues. The role will suit a strong team player, with the ability to work on their own initiative, a flexible approach to work and good time management skills. They must be committed to delivering outstanding client services and the ability to perform under pressure.
