Duties for this unique opportunity within the small local office will include, but will not be limited to:

Performing all aspects of company and trust administration.
Managing and maintaining an awareness of the workflow relating to your portfolio, prioritising tasks in accordance to their importance.
Maintaining accurate timesheets in accordance to the client work undertaken daily.
Liaising with clients, professional advisors and other third parties.
Preparing documents in relation to transactions, including minutes and resolutions.
Opening and maintaining bank accounts, including payment instructions, reviewing bank and assets statements.
Maintaining company and trust records, including due diligence, in line procedures and AML regulations.
Conducting risk reviews and client reviews.
Recognising and contributing to the mitigation of risk.
Holding responsibility for implementing and maintaining risk controls relevant to the position.

Skills / Qualifications

A good educational background, the ability to demonstrate an understanding of transactions, a proactive approach to work and a positive can-do attitude, the ability to communicate effectively with clients, staff and management in several different jurisdictions. Along with solid computer literacy, a systematic work method, high attention to detail and excellent client relationship skills are essential to the role.
