Our client, an international leader in the Private Equity sector, is seeking to recruit a Senior Associate for their Client Services Department.

Work as part of a team to ensure that SLA targets are met for a portfolio of clients.
Perform a broad range of Corporate secretarial duties such as the coordination and attendance of quarterly board meetings, ad hoc board meetings and deal projects.
Attend and write minutes for both quarterly and ad hoc meetings.
Ensure that all action points from meetings are disseminated and completed in a timely fashion.
Maintain corporate data and records.
Make statutory filings within the statutory deadlines.
Arrange a range of meetings, including quarterly, ad hoc, Annual General Meetings and Extraordinary General Meetings as required.
Establish corporate records for new entities.
Prepare a range of documentation such as notices and resolutions, annual validations, statutory waivers and filing of waivers with the Guernsey Registry
Manage Client and Counsel’s expectations
Provide support to other Associates within the team to ensure that all fund operation deadlines are met, including coordinating reporting services packages, providing assistance with the co-ordination of investor uploads, assisting with audit queries, collating Client Due Diligence prior to closes and coordinating responses to investor queries.
Assist with the billing and collection for team’s client portfolio
Identify areas to improve own and Associate knowledge and skills and actively seek assistance, constantly review and, where necessary, re-prioritise own activities.
Attend seminars and workshops to enhance professional and technical knowledge and ensure that this knowledge is shared to benefit staff as required
Assist with the collation of Client Due Diligence for new clients.
Provide assistance with the collation of documents for the regulatory applications.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be educated to an A Level standard or equivalent, with good English and Maths. Candidates will possess a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Company Secretarial role and hold or be studying a relevant professional qualification such ICSA. Candidates will demonstrate a range of experience and knowledge in Bookkeeping, Accounts, Company and Law Administration, Risk, Financial and Commercial Awareness, in addition to solid IT abilities, strong organisation and communication skills, both written and verbal. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to effectively manage time, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines, whilst working within a team as well as independently. This role will suit a highly motivated, proactive and meticulous team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
