Our client, a highly reputable private bank is seeking to recruit a Senior Administrator, for their Private Lending Team.


Guernsey, Channel Islands


Assist in the processing of both new and renewal credit applications.
Liaise with lawyers where required.
Satisfactory completion of facility documentation and the perfection of security.
Instruct valuers and solicitors for mortgages.
Review Property valuations and Report on titles.
Carry out general administration duties, such as preparing documentation for scanning, archiving documentation, creating files and filing.
Set up facilities, limits and collateral in core banking systems.
Assist with credit procedure, development and implementation.
Such other duties as the Head of Private Lending may at times reasonably require

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be educated to A Level standard or equivalent, with good English and Maths. Candidates will possess a minimum of 10 years’ experience a similar role in Private Banking and hold or be studying towards a relevant professional qualification. Candidates will possess solid IT abilities, strong organisation and time management in addition to excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to prioritise tasks, work independently and to strict deadlines. This role will suit a motivated and proactive team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
